How do I reset my password?

  • To the right of the Login button, you will see Forgot your username or password?
  • Fill in your username or email address in the provided fields
  • Check your email inbox to receive further instructions.



If I get stuck during the course, who do I contact?

For any technical assistance you might need, please include the following information in your email:

  1. Description of the problem you are experiencing
  2. Where you ran into the problem
  3. What browser you are using 
  4. Include screenshots of the error/issue
